hey! the PM had come to chennai so they had blocked the roads. hence i went by train. but the trains were crowded too as many people were prefering train on that day just as me!i usually go in the ladies class. there were a bunch of ladies standing at the entrance and not having an intention to move from there what so ever!! the seats were full but there was a lot of space for these females to stand but they would stand only near the entrance even if they are blocking the way and people are struggling to get inside the train! even if they are shouted at, they would just ignore the comments! such a pain some people are!!!!

it is a public Transportation and it always like this... if they dont move then bump them and push them... lolz. jk.
sometimes they dont want to sit down cuz they have to rush out the door or something.

hey! yeah i know! when i had to get down, i just had to take the first step after which i was practically pushed out automatically towards the door :) lolz! i just feel sometimes ppl should be a little considerate about others too along with takin care of themselves!!

When a train is crowded and all the seats are taken it helps to flow of people if standing passengers go towards the middle of the carriage. It is sensible to lots of room around the doors so passengers can get on and off easily. I think that the ladies wouldn't have moved if someone had made a comment. Transport in the Chennai area sounds ever so busy. Yes, some people on over crowded trains can be annoying to others. I keep quiet unless I ask politely to let my children's buggy get into the train.

Works the same way here in Atlanta with both bus and rail..Stepping on feet works for me..Of course, they get fussy but if I gotta climb over them, they will not be happy..

I know how you feel, its quite annoying really! if they would like to have toom I guess they should buy their own car! When they are in public transportation they have to observe courtesy and respect. Yes some people are really just a major league pain!
