Do you regulate queue?

Today. I had been to pay my EB bill. And there were three counters and in which one for Ladies.In one of the queue for male, there were two queues. I want to correct it.On the other hand I should not get in to problem and I decided to correct the queue without creating any problem there.Then I started talking with the people near to me in the queue slowly I attracted some people and with their help newly joining people were not allowed to use the second queue.In this way the second queue got reduced to few peple and then I requested the few members to join the main queue. The queue was set right. And all the people felt happy.Have you come across such situations? what do you do then?.All Mylotters view will be commented by me.
