Hey all. This is a shot of a stuffed bunny that my lil' princess Savanna saw and HAD to have. So I went out and bought it for her. She's staying the night tonight and I will give it to her as a sleep aid. She loves stuffed things with long fuzzy ears. She holds the ear and rubs it making it easier for her to fall asleep. Do your kids/grandkids have an odd thing they do to fall asleep at all?
As always.....

My youngest grand daughter, age one, rubs her hair when she gets tired and if you lay down with her she'll run her fingers through yours.. I also discovered if you run your fingers through her hair she'll give ya a kiss, cause she's knows you're being affectionate. They're all so darned cute aren't they! and such sweet blessings..

My daughter needed to go for a ride or her temple rubbed to fall asleep. Her husband still rubs her temples as she still loves it.

My brother did, he always loved to rub something soft and fuzzy around his nose and on his face. I do not remember that my kids did especially. They did each have soft toys. My son had a large brown bear, daughter had a mouse. You spoil your granddaughter, and I wish I was around to spoil mine. LOL

Yes we spoil her too much.
Bue we all love it in the end.
I have a 31 year old niece that had and still has an odd sleeping habit. She would hold the very corner of her sheet sucking her thumb and the sheet. She still does that ever so often at 31. HAHAHA!
She has some seriously stained damaged sheets from this habit.

My son used to have to have his pacifier to go to sleep. My daughter held onto her bottle for the longest time. Neither of them had a toy or anything they just had to have to fall asleep. For awhile my daughter insisted I had to hold her hand till she fell asleep.

That is so cute!! I remember a favorite stuffed animal of mine, too.
My eldest had a blanket that was in tatters by the time he was done with it. It got so bad that I could not even wash it. He dragged that thing around for years and finally got to the point where he left it in his bed. When he was twelve his dad took it away but I rescued it, I saw no harm in it. Today he is a strong, confident man and I hope he will allow his own children (when he has them) to develop in their own time as I did for him.

Hi GRANDPA BOB,
Awww!! how sweet, when my little brother was a toddler, he used to have a small pillow and a comfort blanket he used to carry with him around and when he wants to sleep he used to rub the corner of his little pillow and goes off to sleep, he is 51 this year lol! no, the don't do that anymore.

Hey Grandpa Bob! Now that is what I call a Big Bunny! I'm
sure Savanna loves to hug that big bunny! If it put's her
to sleep I think I might need to get me one too! Maybe that's
what I need to help me get some sleep!lol That is adorable!
How do you find these things! That's nice that Savanna is
having a sleepover with her Grandparents! I guess you're giving
Minnie and the Hubs a night off! Hope Savanna is behaving!
Give her a kiss from her Auntie Opal!

Hello webeishere,
When my son was still a baby, he loves it when I touch his head constantly. He will fall asleep when I do this. No need of racking him, just a continuous touch on te head would make him asleep. Now that he is toddler, he would want me to tell him stories before going to sleep. Or sometimes, we will tickle each other, have a good laugh before sleeping.
