I just finished a book, a novel, of that title, and it was fantastic.
I am a big fan of Chuck Palahniuk; I finished reading just about every published book by him and was in search of something similar and new to read. I googled his name, and came up to his website. To my delight there was a list of books that he recommends- "Hey Nostradamus!" by Douglas Coupland was one of the books on that list.
The book is kind of a broken story that you piece together as you read, about death and questioning exsistence and the world we live in (which is exactly the type of book I like). Have you ever heard about this novel, or the author?
Coupland has written several other novels, when I got "Hey Nostradamus!" from the library, I also rented "Girlfriend in a Coma" (the title I believe, taken from the title of a song by The Smiths) by him because I had a feeling I'd like this book. I'm about to start reading that one now and I'm excited about it. ^o^
