Someone told me that carmex actually has something in it that once you start using it your lips will react and you'll need it. I try to change out my lip moisturizers. Like one day I use chapstick then another day I use carmex. Other days I use brands with UV protection and just try to keep changing it out. I run and am outside a lot so my lips are chapped a lot too. Do you think it's addicting? What do you do for chapped lips?

I've never heard that chapsticks can be addictive hun, how very strange. I use a chapstick most days, particularly when the weather is bad, but I don't find myself suffering from any strange cravings when I don't use the stick for a while.

I wasn't using them very much. After I came here a few months ago my lips have been really chapped. So I am guessing it's the wind here. I have to use them almost every day now. I don't know that it's an addiction though!
