Brooke will be in a coma or really hurt and Adam will go with her to Europe for her to get treated, etc. It is still a way for Adam to leave without being killed off.

Adam and Brooke are still in love so they will more than likely just leave together. Adam will divorce Annie which he should have done a long time ago and then Annie will have to get her hooks into someone else.

I just think Brooke will be ok and they are both going to run away together. They realize they both are still in love with each other. Adam knows to be with Brooke he will need to leave town because Annie will make his life difficult if he leaves her for Brooke. Adam has finally realized he is not in love with Annie.
