Suggestions please!

Hi guys!
I need your help do you know where i could hire someone to create a unique layout for me for my blog page that would make it look artistic but professional? I prefer those that can make it in html for blogger and one that is not expensive. The way my blog looks in terms of design is okay but I want it more artsy and also one that gives me more freedom where to place this and that... the design for the side bars make it look cluttered and I want it neat and easy to look at and navigate for the readers. Do you have any suggestions? I appreciate your help thanks.

you don't need to have a coder for that. you could look for free layouts and modify it. I used to have no knowledge in htm coding but i learned thru a site, it's w3schools.com,[it's not a referral link] or search for similar sites. It's a tutorial site for web page coding. Or you could search for blogs which gives tips to newbies on how to modify blogs just like this site: http://bloggeruniversity.blogspot.com/ You could contact the author there to help you out free.
I learned this when I was starting my blog. Hope you learn from the links i gave. Good luck!

I guess some members of mylotters would be glad to suggest. I'm not familiar with a layout or creating it. I'm sorry, but I'm sure there's somebody out there who'll help you.

I too do not know anything about codes and I too have a blog. I do not know how others are so good at beautifying their blogs using blogger. I would also want to make my blogs more visually appealing but I could only wish. I have come across a blog that helps bloggers make their blogs more beautiful. I could not remember the exact blog but it is a very helpful blog. It's something like Tetunia's blog. Just check it out.
