can some one help me fix my sd memory cards

I have a memory cards for my digital cam and you know how all card have a little thing on the side of it to protect or not to protect the card well the little broke off of it and it stuck on protect i can't do anything with it i can't us it in my cam intell the protect is off any one can help me? I dont have a warrenty for it.

take it to a technical center to get it fixed. you might get more damage on it if you insist on fixing it yourself,

If it's not a SD HD, I think it will cost more than to buy a new one : a 2Gb SD costs $3 to $7 on Ebay.

Yeah, it's better to buy a new one than getting it fixed for a high price.

Hi persona_touch, The real switch is in the SD Reader, not on the card. Put a short piece of scotch tape covering all the SD switch hole (one face-upon the hole-over face), and normally it will work again. Have a nice day.
