Great sale bargain at Home Depot the last 3 days. They had Cyprus Mulch, 2 Cu Ft bags at $3.75 a bag and it was buy one get one free a limit of 20. So it comes out to be $1.37 a bag. So we bought 20 bags for the flower beds etc. Came to just under $30 with taxes added on. A great deal. This photo is an area that was done today.
Along the house there are Lilies that I planted today, Astillibes, and a Clematis. In the foreground there are Lily of the Valleys, Beebalm, Seedums, & daylilies.
Not all of them are sprouting up yet though.
As always.....
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

The best thing I did last year was to buy the soaker hoses that you bury. I put them in my raised bed that I put the tomatoes and peppers in. Very little water needed that way and it goes to the roots I buried it deeper this year when I added more dirt--almost 600 lbs!!
