That is not as bad a suggestion as it first seemed to be.
Windows 98 is a 9X version of Windows which was developed for home use only and ceased to be produced after Windows Millenium. Most users now have Windows XP which is a direct upgrade from the NT versions and 9X is never likely to return, particular with Vista just around the corner.
There are still a lot of people using Windows 98 and even Windows 95, but Microsoft are hardly likely to generate any more revenue from it.

this is quite funny. But yes i guess they should make windows 98 freewaare but they won't as long as people still buy that crap.
