I have had enough of ebay due to people keep phishing my accounts & scamming people & when I try to claim it back, I get accused of being the person who stole the account!! I am just wanting to know which sites other than ebay are you a member of so I can start listing my products on these sites to get more sales? Please no referral links!! I am already a member of oztion, bidmate, ecrater & blujay. Thanks for your help.

I have accounts at Ebay and Oztion, but currently only use Oztion as the fees are less. We used to have stores for our business at both sites and have sold more through Ebay over the years. We closed our store at Ebay as the fees were getting bad and then opened an account at Oztion about a year and a half ago, but sales through there were slow compared to Ebay. We did not sell anything at all for a few months and I had not logged in to Oztion at all during that time and when I did, I discovered that all my listings had expired, so I then closed the Oztion store and only use it for personal stuff now. We just stick to using our own website solely for our business now.

I agree, using Oztion is alot slower than ebay but I just don't want to risk opening up another account at ebay...I am starting to sell things through Oztion - only 3 items but it's a start as the majority of my stuff is second hand records. I have opened up an account with bidmate which is like oztion & you get $80 sellers credit just for signing up :) I haven't sold anything there yet but time will tell. I just want to find more sites similar to these that cater for worldwide like ebay but without the ebay fees as ebay is getting way too expensive.

That's pretty good, I have sold about the same on oztion...bidmate seemd to be a little cheaper only because you can list there until sold for free with bidmate whereas with oztion, you need to pay a relisting fee if the item doesn't sell in 3 months.

I might have to look into Bidmate. I am happy with Oztion at the moment though for personal items. I just list them and let them keep relisting as it is free. I like the fact that you only have to pay once you make a sale. I have sold 6 or 7 items on there now I think.

I use ebay as well and also a finnish site called huuto.net. That probably won't help your sales since the people who use it are from Finland but I just thought I'd share :D

I use ebay most frequently for everything else, but if I want to order new jewellery, I will go to bidz.com My husband bought my engagement ring there, along with a really nice diamond necklace. I also bought my mother two pair of earrings from that site.

i normally use ebay and for me its already trusted, though so sad coz the last transaction i had was not deliver to me up to now and its more than a month now, the item will be coming from hongkong and im in the philippines, i already submit a report to paypal about it and i received email from the seller that they are willing to refund the money once i withdraw my report and take off my negative feedback coz i gave them negative feedback.

I'm sorry to hear about that...That's another reason why I don't want to go back to ebay because there are alot of people that try to scam others out there.
