hi friends. the usual. mumbai made it the semis way too comfortably.flash news. probably in today's match, either delhi or deccan will get 2 points and go to 16 points and make their spot in semis a surity. but what of the other teams? like RCB,CSK,KKR? theycant get 16 points however hard they try and had to DEPEND on others result to know their fate? do these teams are worthy of going to the semis? its good for cricket that untill the last game in the league stages get over,no one is sure about the final 4 but teams that are trying for semis should be planning how they play their matches and not how others are playing

Hi friend I can understand what you are trying to say.Indeed there are certain teams that should not make to the semifinals and though I support KKR still let me admit that KKR is one of them. But who would have thiught that Rajasthan Royals will win the inaugural edition of the IPL?In a league format when one team is very strong like the MI are at the present then all other teams try to jostle for the remaining spots. No ,matter what you do,how you play it is almost impossible to stop MI from winning. They are carrying winning momentum with them.No other team seems to peak at the right time.Almost all the teams except Rajasthan has several match winners and on their day they can do wonders but somehow or the other they are unable to put their act together as a team.No consistency is shown by any other side.I agree with you that teams should first implement plans for themselves and then look to other results.Infact all permutations and combinations will come into play only when they win their matches. If they get distracted and lose then the equations will be of no avail.

But you can't blame anybody for that and that's even more pathetic.
