There are many options now that people can choose to get healthy.
Medical inventions, herbal medicine, holistic therapy. yoga and meditation and some more new ones that i am not aware of yet.
Of all of these choices available nowadays, i am more likely interested in holistic therapy. This one may seem to be more complicated but i think will be more effective especially in the management of fatal illnesses and not to mention likely to be more expensive.
Which one do you think works best for you?

Excellent question! I have never thought about this, to be honest with you. I think probably herbal medicine works best for me (for now - LOL!) because I'm most familiar with it and prefer natural things to heal me as well as provide preventative care. Speaking of which, I prefer preventative care overall. I think if we will just eat healthy and have other healthy habits, it'll keep us from getting ill in the first balance. A balance in diet, exercise, sleep, and other activities is just what we all need. It's amazing what we could all do each day if we just had balance in our daily living. Thanks for bringing up such a great point!

Hello
I am into Yoga and breathing exercises, but at the same time undergoing tratment under an endocrinologist and neurophysician, though costly, we have to take care of our health at any cost..
Thank you so much for this nice discussion, cheers
God bless you.
