Corniest super villain?

I was watching an episode f Batman: The Brave and the Bold(He teams up with a another hero from the DC Comic Universe every episode. I guess he's bold, and his teammate is brave), and saw a villain named Music Miester. He goes around singing at people, and hypnotically makes them do the same. That's it. He has no other powers other than making the world around him an off Broadway production of the poor mans version of *add popular musical here, because I can't think of any right now* If there a lamer villain than this fictional American Idol reject?
