I have read in an article lately that most women worry when they notice that their breast start sagging or drooping even if they haven't gave birth. It is quite alarming for them since they believe that they are more attractive if they have a firm breast. Study shows that breast drooping is normal even to women who haven't been pregnant. In addition to this article is a way for you to distinguish if you have a sagging breast. First, you need to sit straight on a chair or you can do this standing but make sure you have the right posture. Then place a pencil below your breast (on the border of the bra when using them), make sure that you are sitting or standing straight. When the pencil falls down, it means your breast is not sagging. However, when the pencil remains under your breast means that you have a sagging one.Make sure you do this without a bra. Interesting right? I'll try this one.. hehehe
