boring work

I have been working here since two monthes ago.Now i am very boring.
today ,we have a meeting about somenthing of the wrok.
Now i dont know what i must do ,and what i should do in my wrok.and i am a newer,so i obey the words what the older said,but they are not my leader.
I am very puzzled.what shold i do?

I have felt the same way before. I got bored after a few months of working. I and my other office mates had issues with another office mate. Then finally got too depress and decided to resign.
But I am not going to suggest to you that you should resign. I have made that mistake before and I don't want that to happen to you. You should value your job because not everyone is lucky enough to be employed. If you don't understand your work, you should learn to ask older employees on what's going on in your work and listen to what they have to say. If it's possible take note of the stuff that seems important so you wouldn't forget them. Or do some research& read books related to your work. It could help you improve and give you more experience.
Another thing I have learned from my experience is humility. Whether your fellow workers are right or wrong, listen and be humble in your comments or response.
