Mylot is almost Six Years OLD.

Hello Lotters,
I wonder when would the admin is going to tell us when was mylot Born, because i knew this site started in 2005, due to some very old users who had responded a few months back. i wonder this site is going to have it's own anniversary, unless they too are having a crisis mode in the US due to financial troubles there...or is it recovering.
Sometimes I wonder too how long mylot is gonna keep paying since they had advertisers but i don't see that much and more users are coming in. i hope they delete those empty zero post users

A lot is changing, New people and surprisingly some of those i haven't seen here since i have joined have returned (other oldies & veteran users).
What do you think the future will be. will this be the next popular social site after the likes of facebook,friendster, orkut, myspace, multiply,tagg and hi5? even mypage5 is catching up despite of it being so SLOW.
What do you think is the future of mylot..will you be around if that happens??

only mylot admin can tell us when are we going to have a celebration for the 6th year anniversary of the site. and definitely, we are all going to be surprised. i think i asked this before or i have posted something about mylot becoming as popular as facebook and other social networking sites. it's only mylot can say when we could continue or stop mylotting.

they'd better think of something to celebrate at least add a useful feature or increase the rate of payout in just one day just like what they did before, you know the bonus thing. have a god day.

I remember this replying to a discussion claiming that you can twice before it become popular i didn't believe him until i saw the profile and the date which he joined this site. i never seen egold before probably that was before 2008. but i was able to encounter moneybookers.but i am glad i got my paypal.

I do not have idea How old is myLot. Maybe five years, because I had seen many discussions whose are 4 years old.

I liked Mylot and not just for the money, although the money is nice. I come here because it's nice to be a part of something that people from all over the world. most of whom you haven't met in person. What other site has over 205,000 users and it doesn't matter if you have published one post or over 10,000. You're still a part of the same community, demanding the same respect as everyone else and giving it in return. I think I will be here whether they pay or not. Granted, if they don't pay, I may be here less. But I'll still be here every week or so just to check on people.

Perharps money is a huge factor but it won't matter if the people are rude and has a false system, and hundred of trolls. but mylot isn't like that, like you i will remain here even if the site doesn't pay but won't be around everyday probably once day or week. thanks.

I believe I will still be there but I am not updated. I have been here for three years and I never thought when Mylot started. Or I don't care when . I wish Mylot is always here as we are now 205,890 in population as I have seen below while responding to this one. Social sites is not much likely Mylot as there are more application there and that site is readily for socializing, as here in Mylot we are living with discussion. If Mylot will be gone, hopefully do not happen, it will be surely missed.

How are you. Yes, the population growth seemed slow in this site but i don't care, i fear that this site might pay less if we are more than a million members. this is a better suit place for people to talk to, much much better than an ordinary forum

Time is passing fast and I don't realize that I am growing old with Mylot. I have been a member of mylot for more than 4 years now and glad that I am still around to see the success of this site in parallel with other popular social networking sites that are popular. Mylot might not appeal to many people compared to other social sites because this social site is unique in that it requires like minded people who loves writing to communicate 'intellectually' unlike some sites which only uses their game boards as crowd puller. Though there is a high rate of members turnover here, the chances of topping the list in the cyberworld map looks bright. It is indeed a privilege to be linked to mylot as it shows we are social beings that are attracted to intellectual based social sites rather than to sites that promotes dating, games or the likes.

Time does fly by my friend. well, you're one of the few oldest who remained in this site for long. despite of that there are still some creeps out there who tends to fool around on this site. i don't like sites that promotes dating or games. games like in the facebook so addictive that you had to pay for certain item, which is too costly. have a great day.

hi letran I have only been here three years but am well addicted to mylot and hope I will be around to see it take center stage. It did save me
from losing it after I was forcibly retired. One gets used to going to work and to having those paychecks, and being of use, then you are told you are too old, retire and you begin to feel thrown out as all used up and not needed anymore. So when I started mylotting I regained my self esteem. to my friends here I seem to be of some value and that made me feel needed again.Mylot I believe will one day at least pull even with Facebook maybe pull ahead. its unique, unlike the other sites.

I would like to see MyLot grow bigger and bigger just like the sites you mention. The member numbers are definitely growing. I became a member around two years ago and I’ve been coming here almost every day since then. I love this site very much and the small earnings justify the amount of time I spend posting! I hope that MyLot will keep growing and paying, I don’t see why not...As far as birthday celebrations, maybe you could ask admin about that!

I have been here for almost mylot's whole life
one think I have learned is that they never keep things the same for too long
they are always changing things and upgrading to make it better
it will still be here and going strong 5 more years from now

I've been with mylot since March 2009 and I celebrated my first anniversary with them in March of this year. I hope it will be around for a long time and I hope they continue to pay. I hope it will become as popular as the other social sites.

I think I will be here for how many years. I don't know. Maybe because I like MyLot, hehehehehe. For me, I think someday, MyLot will be as popular as other sites that I knew, but it will take many years before it will happen.

I am here more than 3 years alreday and even me I don't know when this site started online. For myself I didn't bother about it, the most important even it exist for how many years and still paying, that is the best among all. Unlike other social sites we used we help them to generate income but nothing in return. Some of my friends here are now inactive but I am hoping that soon they will be back. This site will be the know social sites in the future because of the bonus given to the users. I will stay here until there is internet.

I am here newbie If we compare with other users who had more posts and other things. I am happy to meet new people and we can see them everyday. Also I like to meet new friends. There are many Veterans like you said they come here then goes. I am here only five months two from them I was inactive doing my school things. But, now I am come here PERMANENTLY.
About myLot I hope this social site would live very long in future too. I see future to myLot and I think It would be one of the top social sites. MyLor population increases every day and It is only good sign. Yes there will be a times when oldest members would take a brake and newbies would be like us and after some time Veterans will come back here.
