There are a couple of people that I PM with on a fairly regular basis, so I am very comfortable that I know how to do it. About a week ago, though, I sent a PM and was waiting for a response back but never got one. I thought that was strange, so I went to send a follow-up and realized that my message was never sent. I thought that maybe I had forgotten to do a step, since I was busy and sometimes I miss steps, especially when I am used to doing them. After that, I have been very careful to make sure that I follow all the steps, but sometimes I will check back and find that my PM was never sent. It has happened to a couple of my friends, too. I think that it might be an glitch that only happens once in a while, because most times the messages go through without a problem. My advice would be to re-type and send the message again, but make sure that you follow all the steps and check back to make sure that the message actually got sent.
