Why do we need to be fit?.....

As a child, you are very active and thought little of improving or maintaining your fitness, but as you get older, most probably you will see less active. The moment we get less active we will be susceptible to diseases and therefor we need to have a plan for regular exercise that will keep us fit and these activities can be those that we like doing best. and what are the benefits we can derive to some exercise??

I can relate to this thread because recently, it is hard for me to do other things without getting tired because I lack exercise. Exercise helps us giver more energy to be able to do some little (and big) things without getting tired do easily than the usual. I am looking up at gyms here near my place that would help me become physically fit.

The benefits are good health.If you do jogging or similar exercise it stimulates your heart and keeps it healthy.We can keep our weight under control.We develop good stamina and that helps us in all our activities.If you don't like to do exercise you can play a game to keep yourself fit.

We need to be fit for our own health. As you already mention that fitness protect our body from health disease. So it's protect our health. More over a person who is fit they looks so good. Does not matter if he/she old or young. But people need food exercise also with physical excessive.

WEll, if we exercise and be fit, we will less likely to get sick thus we will live a long life (except when you die from an accident of course); it can also makes our skin, digestive tract, minds healthy, all our body parts healthy. like my uncle who used to have a heart problem, allergy, and other health problem. When he started jogging, eating right and just keeping himself healthy, all his health problems fade away. A person who exercises are also more active.
