I´m reading now that eating a mixture of tomate paste and olive oil can help to protect you from the sun rays and will end up in a younger skin.
It did say that it was a small study (one asks : how small?). It said that "people supplemented their normal diets with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste mixed with a couple of teaspoons of olive oil every day for 10 weeks while a control group got just the olive oil. The volunteers also sat under a sun lamp at the beginning, middle, and end of the study -- just long enough to lightly sunburn their shoulders. But by week 10, the tomato-paste group showed 40 percent less sun damage than the olive-oil eaters did"
Would you try it? The tomato diet, I mean? I wouldn´t mind it, as I love tomatos. I wonder if it works when you use the tomatoes in a sauce. Could you give some ideas about eating this paste without heating it? All I can think of right now is a sort of Bloody Mary
.
Ideas, please! No harm about trying it, besides the sun screen.

Tomato has vitamins (A and C specially) and olive oil triggers the good cholesterol. A very good mixture any time. Thanks for sharing!

Sound wonderfull, charylady!
Even if you buy your pizzas, you can add more tomato paste (and more cheese while you are at it) yo make them better.
