This is a photo of some of my green beans I have growing this year. I can't recall if they are bush or pole beans. Either way they are doing great with the recent rains and nice days alternating as of late. More veggiesd for a large pot of vegetable soup later this summer. How's your garden/weather been so far?

They do look good. I have not gotten much in. I have 4 combine tires that i plant if my garden has not been tilled.
1. tomatoes & broccoli
2. zucchini
3. strawberries
4. cucumbers
I have peppers, onions and strawberries in my flower beds.
Hopefully i can plant a garden plot with the other vegetables i want.
It seems to rain every other day here.
Happy gardening.

So far all we have picked is jalapeno peppers. It is hot here. I have been away since Tuesday morning working a temporary job out of town. I will leave again Sunday Morning and do the same thing, so hubby is in charge of the home and garden. I just got home forty five minutes ago and have not really been out to the garden. Your green beans look great.

We've had a few days of rain in a row, so things are a bit wet. My first planting of yellow wax beans is coming up but the scarlet runners along the fence are being obstinant.

I don't think so.
And I doubt to have them next year.
I asked the wife and she doesn't like them so.....

We've had alot of rain here in the past week and upcomming. My beans are a bit behind yours but they are starting to get their 3rd set of leaves. And I'm experimenting this year with something I read so we'll see right?
And my Zucchini is loving the temps but it's had like 8 blossoms on it already! I'm hoping this one will be a good producer... the ones last year didn't produce as much as I had hoped for. And hubby is also limiting me to one plant this year but yet the family including him love to wolf down the zucchini bread when I make it!

oh hi Grandpa Bob the weather is perfect here for growing a garden
but alas no place to grow one. You will really have a delicious
veggie soup with all those veggies. Our cook here does do a great
veggie soup as he knows to put a large mixture of veggies in it
and simmer it. really good too.
