Do you think it is wrong to put food in your bag/purse when you eat at a buffet? Wf

Ha ha . . . maybe! It is all you can eat - but I don't think they meant take all you can eat too. I have had friends who got a whole whopping plate of food after they finished and had the nerve to ask the server if they could get a box to go for the food they didn't finish . . . that way there's no sneaking around shoving it into their bag - ha ha!! Most of the time I am not going straight home after eating, so I don't want the food to go bad (especially if it's in my purse - it'll stink it up) . . . so I mostly don't do it. I say "mostly" - but if they have a cookie - I might snag one or two for my little one for later - heh heh.

Glad you got a good laugh! If it meant we could take all we want - then dang - I'll bring a whole set of ziploc bags so I can fill up for the week - ha ha! No one said how big the doggie bag could be - ha ha.

If you're hiding something in your bag or your purse, you're doing it because you know it's wrong and that you can't walk out holding it in your hand. I know that some people get carried away at all-you-can-eat buffets but, if you're eating somewhere close to the price of the meal, you're getting your money's worth so there's no need to take "extras" home for later.

lol good point. I was just curious. I don't think I'd ever take like chicken or food out, but I know sometimes you get full off of eating the buffet food and still want dessert later so I take a couple of cookies home. I mean honestly I never eat dessert (if I have it) right after I eat a meal anyway.

I don't know anyone who do that but I think they are people like that in the world . They probably see the concept 'all you can eat' as all you can eat as long as the food can fit, in your stomach and your purse. Another reason is probably due to the price. But of course it's wrong to do that. It's like you're too hungry and didn't eat for weeks. Too stingy too. Can't waste any single penny paid. Of course they won't agree with me

Yes it is wrong and so tacky to do this. I can't imagine ever even thinking of ever doing that. However, I'm sure there are many who do this. Ugh its really gross in my opinion!
