There was a movie once called Trading Places. With everything in your life, the ups the downs, the highs and the lows, would you really want to be someone else? Do you think satisfaction would come with a change? Share your thoughts with us.

...Hi there tigeraunt, Hope you are doing well. There's a fun thought. I mentioned earlier that I would like to see how any member of a Royal family would live. Not for a long period of time as I like being me since I have been me for so long "o). But just a while, would be neat to have people at your beck and call. Thanks for the fun comment, take good care.

What a tempting offer! Maybe it would be nice to switch lives for a while and then come back to our lives. Like if we had a toothache, just switch with someone that had perfect teeth for a while, to get away from the pain.

...Hi there 1hopefulman, You always seem to have an interesting take on discussion subjects. I never considered switching to remove yourself from pain but it sounds like a good idea. Especially since I hate dentists and the necessary things that they have to do. I thought about being a male for a weekend just to have the perspective on the opposite gender. Monday morning I would want to be back home with no regrets. "o). Thanks for your response and take it easy.

I think I'd like to try that for kicks, but no way would I wanna stay in other person's place forever. I'm a fan of myself, my life (lol), though I may not be perfect and it's not a perfect life that I live. I'd trade places with..hmm...I don't know with whom yet, but I'd like to try that for a day or two.

...Hi there kquiming, it would be interesting as long as you are able to get back to who you are. We have been with ourselves since birth and have grown attached, regardless of what goes on around us, so as they say there's no place like home. But I would like to check out a couple of things, I'd like to be a man for a weekend maybe. Just to get the feel of the difference between the sexes. "o") No pun intended, then I want to be back on Monday without a hangover. Thanks so much for sharing, take care.

Trading places with another person would be a fantasy. it would be all right for a while. Sooner or later the fun would wear away and reality would set in. I don't think there would be enough satisfaction in another's life to make the change worthwhile. We all have our joys and sorrows to bear. We have to take the good with the bad and anything in between.

...Hi sender. I think you are quite right, most of us even wsith the daily problems we might face kind of like our lives and don't want to step into someone else's shoes. They would have as many problems as we would so what would be the difference? It's that old saying the grass being greener but it usually isn't. Thanks for your thoughts, take it easy.

Just for a day or two I would love at this moment in time to swap places with my boyfriend... because honestly I think if he was to feel what I feel he would understand

...Hi rosie, Now that's an interesting thought. Switch so you have the right perspective, and maybe be more understanding. I get the picture. I am going to suggest something, instead of talking to your boyfriend about what is bothering you write him a letter, don't complain just explain, see if that helps him to see things a little differently. Thanks for your response, take care and good luck.

I would like to do it for maybe just one day, but for the long term I would rather be just as I am. Sometimes I have bad and negative days, but I di have alot in my life that I would not change for anything.

...Hi Beautyfactor, I think we all would like to possibly change places with someone very different from ourselves just for the experience and hurry back home "o). I would like to see how a person of Royalty lives, castles, clothes, the whole nine yards. Then let me back to my own life where I feel comfortable. Thanks for sharing, take care.
