Honestly, since I work, I rarely have spare time to read a novel; a fictional story; or similar. I used to read a lot of books when I was in school. It is not that mandatory to read extracurricular reading, but I was interesting in reading all of books. After I work, I just bury myself on other stuff, like work, and socializing. In the recent months, all of sudden, I saw a couple of paperback from a bookstore, and I flip about a couple of pages, and I just have this craving to read again. Hopefully, on the coming weeks, I would have more spare time to read. Don't you feel like that sometimes?

I go through times when I read a lot for a few months. Then I might go through a period of time when I don't read anything for a few months. Right now, I am reading a lot. I think, like anything else, you can get burnt out on something for a while. You need to take a break from it for a while so you can come back to it and fully appreciate it again later. And, sometimes I am far too busy to read. Too much on TV, too much housework, too many social events going on, etc....

I have a constant craving for books. Since I was a kid I have always carried books with me. I have always been reading. If I go a day without reading a book, I feel lost. Even now that I'm drowning in homework at college, I'm still finding time to read wherever I can make it. It's just one of those things you have to make time for. So no sudden cravings for me. But constant cravings.

I have always been a avid book reader. A book craving comes onto me quite often. Historical romance and horror thrillers are my favorite picks to read lately. There is always time to read a great novel. Books can take you places you can only go in your mind. happy reading everyone!

There are many times where I wish I had plenty more time to read. Still life tends to work against you a lot of the time. There are other responsibilities and tasks that take precedence over reading. Therefore, I am lucky to get in a good hour or so during the day these days. Of course, there are periods where I read more. Then there are periods where I do in fact read a lot less. So yes, I wish I had more time to read. If there was someway to pause time in the world, where time does not pass but I am able to exist, I would use the time to catch up on my reading. Sadly, that does not exist, but there are just sometimes where I wish I could freeze the passage of time in the world around me to read. I have a few books that are collecting dust that I have not gotten around to reading.

Yes, I do have that sometimes. It usually starts with visualizing an incident which you have read a few years back. Curious of what the exact words or situations were. Then suddenly I have the appetite of reading such a book again or something like it. I once had this a few months ago. I was just thinking about how it was in the olden times then the thought made me think about Jane Austen and her great works. By the end of the week I was starting to read Pride and Prejudice again, then after that I read Emma, then after that Little Women, by the end of the month, I was craving for more of her books and after ready almost all of them, I went from a bookworm to a movie addict and started looking for the movie versions of those books! I tell you it was great! I loved the feeling of imagining the stories and being able to watch them in movies.. Whew! It felt great!

Sometimes I do. I will walk by bookstores sometimes, and just feel the urge to go inside and pick up a book or magazine and look through it or read it for a bit. Generally this isn't the case, though.

hi there. i feel guilty...i feel so guilty that i haven't visited the books that i own. i haven't flipped through the pages and i haven't spent too much time reading them. i also used to be such a reader up until last year. for a lot of reasons, i lazied o this nice hobby. the freedom for free information has eaten my time and my interest from books. i do hope that i can discipline myself again so that i can still sit down and read books. my cravings for books have been replaced. i plan to divert back to paper and ink.

Yes, I do sometimes. And sometimes it would so violent, whenever I feel so I take a book and start reading. Mostly I read autobiographies, I just don't like novels. I have read biography of Mahatma Gandhi, I have read Swami Vivekanand. Whenever I feel craving of reading I just start reading it. Because I learn something from it, I learn how to live life. There's something about their experiences in their life, I am so eager to bettering my self that's why I read biographies. Happy myLotting.
