im a third year college student, just a simple student, that's all. i wonder on this semester that, on the first day of our class i kinda feel bad everytime i go to our room and everytime our teacher holds an activity. i feel like i'm being fooled by my classmates.. they forced me to become the representative of the class but, i myself can't resist on that position. i know it would be a great opportunity and at the same time, troublesome for me.
each time our teacher asks for a representative on our class on different subjects, they choose me. i wonder why they do that? why they keep on relying on me, im not a good leader actually, i have a low management and leadership skills... but since i've sensed that my classmates are that worse and they come to be so lazy, well, i have no choice, i'll just have to accept the offer.. or else my grades are also in trouble.. XD
i have learned on thing in class that if there is unity, everything seems to become possible, but i think i might work on this one and this time, i am truly honored to become the representative of our class even if it is troublesome... may this semester give me the best and memorable experience to have in my life... heh, happy mylotting everyone!
how about you? have you been involved on becoming a leader of a group? like on your class?

My suspicions are that your class mates have discovered one of two things about you. One is that you are willing to do a huge majority of the work when you're in a group. This may be because you want a good grade, so you pick up the slack even when your classmates fail.
The second is that you won't turn them down. Many people don't want the responsibility of being a leader. That way if the group fails in some way, then they are not blamed.
