After that defeat on game 7, Celtics future is uncertain. There are talks that their coach Doc Rivers will be leaving the team soon, so as Ray Allen that played for his final season with the Celtics. A major change of personnel in players and in the coaching staff should be considered in this offseason for the Celtics. There are a lot of possibilies but let's see what happends for the Boston Celtics.

I think Ray Allen is most likely be out of the Big 3 considering how poorly he played in the offensive end through games 3-7 after his record-breaking performance during game 2. I feel bad for him though. As for Doc Rivers, why not try to make a run for the title again with at least 1 or 2 more seasons? Since Paul Pierce and KG are aging, he should try to make a run with both players still on the roster. They'll just have to add a replacement to Ray Allen if he will opt out of his contract or be traded somewhere. For Paul Pierce, he is a Boston bred already. It is fitting for him to end his career as a Celtic. Goodluck for them next season.

Ray Allen could be eying for another team. I guess that the Celtics looks for a superstar from the list of free agents this season. The only thing that the Celtics should consider is Kevin Garnett deserves to play 2 years more and Rajon Rondo staying. The Boston Celtics can exercise the rights of Paul Pierce or Nate Robinson. Paul Pierce could be traded to another team. Lat us see what's the offseason for the Boston Celtics.

I think so too that Ray Allen will opt to sign with another team come free agency starts. KG hasn't played really well all season long because of his injuries. And come summer that he'll be able to keep himself fit for next season, he'll still be a force to reckon with next season after losing to the Lakers for the championship, he'll definitely do all he can to bounce back. Rajon Rondo surely remains a Celtic, we all know that. :) Best of luck for em teams and players

Rajon Rondo should remain in the Celtics. The performance in the playoffs should have convinced the management of the Celtics to have him in the lineup for 4-5 years. I think that Lebron is a good choice for the Celtics, considering that Pierce and Allen will not be back in the Celtic uniform next season.

good day.. its always hard for any team in any given sports after losing to the finals..and talks about revamps and transfer is always expected.but with regards to the bostons gallant game 7 defeat should always be taken in a positive side..i believe that despite losing they learn a lot from that game..some may go others may stay but i think the next season will be much interesting knowing that despite of the older celts, home court advantage they still manage to keep the game close at 4.. expect a tougher, stronger and wiser celtics.. go boston..

Surely, Boston will make some changes in their lineup. Next season will be a coming out year for the Celtics. But it all depends on the changing of players they will do in this offseason.
