as per indian mythology ,even in ramayan ,devil ravan told laxman while he was taking last breath ,he had earlier told most secrets of his life to his brothervibhishan ,and vibhishan informed rama his secrets resulting death of ravana ,in this way any boy/girl should not tell top personel secrets to any body ,that may spoil life.

dear akhilesh.. I would try to make my life ... as simple and easy as possible, that I will not have any secrets at all. other than the moles and scratches on my body, that I hide, because, I cover them with dress.
so, if you don't have a secret at all, there is no question of TOP SECRETS too.
i presume, Ravan told LAXMAN not to have any secrets, and live like an open book..
=-===== today's Indian government also is talking of transparency in everything.
and, we now have an act.. INFORMATION act.. with which we can challenge any secret of the government..
