why Moses was afraid to show his uncircumcised phallus to Pharaoh? I don't understand this. How would Pharaoh know that and why would it make him less believable in Pharaoh's eyes. This confuses me immensely. I'm reading the entire Bible cover to cover. It seems so odd to me that one would display one's manhood to the leader of a country. Nowadays, you're expected to keep it in you pants, especially if you met Obama or someone of that societal status. If you don't, the secret will beat on you and you'll be on Youtube in two hours. Does anyone know what's up with this. Thank you!

i am not so well-versed with these sort of religious scriptures. But, I have read well.. these social customs and rituals. you are very right, in telling about the youtube, and the secret agents pouncing on you, if you show your thing, to the LEADER, in these days... but, ... in those olden days,... it is compulsory for any law-abiding citizen to follow the strict rules of religion. .. to prove that you are following the religious scriptures strictly, you have to show .. and, one of the conditions of that day's religion is.. circumcision. it is compulsory to all male children, born in that country. ... i have seen enough paintings showing the JESUS .. getting the ritual performed on his manhood, when he was of that age. so, I think, as this man, MOSES did not have his phallus fore-skin cut, as per the ritual, he might have feared to exhibit.
