So are the new cop and maybe even the DA in on the drug selling? The new cop certainly tried to start off on the wrong foot with Chance by calling him Phil after being told he went by Chance and then telling Heather that now she would be in good hands implying that Chance hadn't been doing a good job. The DA has just always seemed crooked to me.
