..I'm sorry to hear that :( Is there any way you could indiscriminately breech the issue about boosting the morale of your fellow employees to the higher ups-? Maybe saying something like, "Word around here has been that alot of people feel unappreciative for all the hard work they do..And frankly, I think many here may even be depressed because of it.." ~Something you can say that makes the point it is an issue, without it appearing to be a personal one for you- Good Luck and I hope your efforts yield results & you get the appreciation you sound like you are def. deserved! ~It also can't hurt to look for another job on the side -that is in your field of work- w/out your current employer being aware you are doing this...Life is too short to be unhappy (or unappreciated!)

I am sorry to hear that~ I havn't tried to withdraw any of the earnings yet...What kind of 'trouble' are you encountering?

I have. I know the reason. It was purely political. I'm drawing unemployment right now and have filed a lawsuit, which I fully expect to win. :-) I'm not going down without a fight. I'm just still in shock that it happened. It's just one of many in a long line of things that have happened to me "that only happen to other people", if you know what I mean. :-)

I'm so sorry!:( Sounds like you need to do a little 'investigation' as to why this happened..You should be entitled to unemployment to get you through until your next job -if your previous employer can't give a good reason for letting you go...I'd fight it!!

LOL...TY for your responses! I too am in the path of this crazy warm-to storm-to cold of wind, snow & ice! And i can empathize about our children driving us crazy..it is a good thing for them that we love them! Mine are very young, so i have yet to delve into the trouble ahead regarding the teenage years~
