Is mIRC is best for chatting?

I think no any software like mirc to chat and its a easiest way of chatting than other sites and softwares. And it is the less data consuming software. so mIRC is the best!! What you think?

In terms of chatting MIRC is not a good place to chat since IP address is expose to many user. People can track you down so easily.

I know it changes. But it always count the first track down at day 1. You can never tell the capability of a hacker.

I think MIRC is prone to viruses in my opinion...

But if our PC os protected then its good one! I am using it from many years.
