Breast feeding...help

So I have not had this issue while nursing my other children so this is a little new for me. I have never had issues producing milk and by this point (a week in) I had been storing extra milk in the freezer with the last three. This time though I am barley making enough to feed the baby and she will not nurse out of pure aggravation that she isn't getting the milk either fast enough or enough I am not sure there. I have been pumping to feed her and supplementing as I have to, to fill her tummy. Any one gone through this and what did you do? Ideas, I am drinking mad amounts of water and milk, and had left cabbage leaves on my breasts during the day, as well as ate oatmeal and a few other things I was told would help. So if anyone can HELP!
