I find prepositions in English is hard to learn. Sometimes I don't know which one should be used, especially if the phrase is an idiom. What do you think? Do you know any good website to practise this?

i'm not sure of any websites for that.. but i do recommend a lot of book reading. when we read story books & people's writings, we can have a feel for the language and also the many ways in which people use it. the more we read, the more we are exposed to the language. and if we constantly refer to dictionaries and other references if we come across words or terms that we wouldn't understand, then it would inevitably build up our vocabulary and improve our grammar. thus strengthening our command of the language
