First of all, "PLEASE DON'T LAUGH" :) hehe.. We all very well know that Genetic Engineering is possible. Suppose if we could create giant bird or giant ostrich with the help of Genetic Engineering. Do you think, would it be possible to ride around on them? OR would it be possible to genetically modified animals and use them in Wars? Please Reply!

Yes, it is possible, but such species may not become a threat to our own life. What if they try to destroy it and they begin to develop a resistance and evolve into something more dangerous. Besides, the human in another time would turn into sentient beings and then there would be no need to be at war. Everyone will live peacefully. May be by then better sense would prevail and they would refrain from carrying out such absurd experiments.

Genetic engineering has been around for some time. We may not have noticed it in the vegetables or the meat we eat. We see it in ornamental fish and flowers as well. We keep doing it as long as it pleases our eyes and palate and is economically viable. Would genetically engineering a giant bird just for a ride around a good reason to?For every action there is always a reaction. Let's hope there is no mistake!

And we don't need genetically engineered animals to fight wars for us. WE DON'T NEED WARS!

well in the future then it would be possible i think. If they genetically engineer a ostrich to fly then i think we wouldnt need any kind of flying car in the future. i think in the future, when oil supply drops people will go back to bicycles, horses and such. And a flying bird would be great in that future. but an offtopic i would like to see if possible one like in the flinstones, the one they use for commercial flight

I do believe in th future scientists will have mastered genetic engineering and then anything will be possible, luckily i won't be alive to see it
