What should we do to corruptors?

Anybody having a sense of humor is obliged to join here. After found guilty, should we urge the corruptors to present a funny story to the President to make sure he is clean? If he isnt tickled, it means the President get involves!

No. I strongly believe that the cuptors should be punished under the law, and not to be presented to a president to decide for their fate. Many times presidents are tickled and they are linient. let corruptors be punished.
