would you want to get 'do overs' on? If the great creator would let us start over in one particular situation in our lives what ONE thing would you want to change? For me it would be the way I approached a certain male person and proceeded to get to know him. I would definitely want to change it and start fresh realizing I went about it all WRONG! How about you?

For me it would be completing school and not quitting in the tenth grade like I did. I feel that would have changed alot about how I am and what I do today. If I did that I don't know if I would be like I am today. I would have a job and able to get out and do things I want or need to. Or so I been telling myself..I know I could go after a GED and all but now I am different then I was..a different outlook on life now then I had..lol I am in serious need of my rose colored glasses..

Well now days most employers are wanting the people they hire to have a High School Diploma or GED. I don't have that. I don't have a job at all right now.. I feel that having a job would make life alot less stressful when bills rolled in. That I would be able to have the money to fix the things wrong with my house. Having a job would boost my self-esteem and I wouldn't maybe be so darn depressed all the time. But then again..it nothing might not change at all..unless I get a job I would like..and that would take a college education.

Heyya eagle! I think there would have to be a lot of do overs for me..lol..I've screwed up big a few times throughout the years. I suppose the biggest one would be to maybe start off from the birth of my first child with the knowledge I have now...lol..I did my best with him but at the same time I look back and think...I should've done this or I should've done that. There was a time when I used to say that I would've have had a different life if I had had a mother but the truth is from the actions of my son..I don't think it would have made a bit of difference..lol.

I think a woman either has instincts to be a mother or she doesn't. And even with a mom around to help us we don't always do as they feel we should. We have to learn for ourselves. I know I did. I wouldn't listen to my mom about alot of things. Now looking back I wouldn't have changed that. I only had one daughter. And three grandchildren. Ugh!

I would try to be kinder and less focused on ME. I would exercise my faith more.

hi celticeagle oh definitely it would be to go back to say July in 2008 and push my son to look for a new job as he had come to really hate the job he was in and was laid off in that september.so if he had looked for a job then there were still some good jobs in his field then we would have been spared the
heartbreak of being evicted for getting behind in our rent and would not have had further heartache in being homeless and my being stuck here in this retirement center,he is now hard at work at a new job finally so things are looking up finally and Our Maker finally answered all my prayers.

So about two years, huh? I am so happy to hear he has found work. Do you think you will be moving soon then? Cool! I hope it is soon.

Oh, I'd like to say that knowing what I know now still being in play then. That I'd want to wait about marrying the person I did and not do it. I'd also say that I'd have not done other things I did do and make sure I went to the doctor when I was first getting sick instead of waiting until I had multiple problems and they were really bad to the point of requiring much more intervention or surgeries.
I'd also like to say that I'd have lived in another place than I did at times.
But the real thing I'd like to change is that I'd have went right away as soon as I could have to college and fulfilled my dream of being a scientist or something along that nature. Instead of letting my husband tell me what he wanted me to do...which was no kind of work that meant anything to me.
I would have furthered my education right away and had the type of jobs that I wanted. This would have led to a better life for me and my children that would have had a better man for a father.
