I still keep those big box TV

It is really embarrassed to say that I still keep those big box television. I haven't switched to the Flat screen TV, nor the HD version yet. I don't watch television on those antenna channels a lot, because I got most of it from the computer. I only watch DVD with this big - box television.
One day, my cousin came over my house, and told me that I shouldn't be that cheap. I should spend a couple of hundred dollars to get those flat screen TV with better quality. But my old TV still work as fine, and I just reluctant to give it up yet. Am I really behind everybody now in living style?

Wow I think that your cousin is rude to say that. Why waste money on a brand new tv until the old one is broken. Up until about 2 days ago we have always had a big chunky television. We have had it for so long. My daughter messed with the buttons and messed up the tv and I couldnt fix it so I was forced to buy a new tv. They didnt have any of the old chunky ones for sale anymore so I had to buy a flat screen hdtv. It was an emerson brand tv and it was $148.
