What are you thankful for?

Two weeks ago, my father's ultra sound showed a very distended gall bladder. The doctor suspected cancer because there weren't any gallstones seen that could have caused the problem. However, the doctor recommended a further test (ERCP) that would confirm the real cause. The test was conducted, and the result was a complication from gallstones, after all! Although his gall bladder was surgically removed, still we were extremely thankful it was not cancer.
Is there something that you are extremely thankful for?

Yes, thanks. Since then I've learned to be thankful for each and every blessing, no matter how small. Cool! It's so hard to travel via a crowded bus.

Wow, that's so great! I wish God would give me a new job, too. The only reason I'm not leaving my current one is the pay and the fact that a better job has not revealed itself to me yet. I've never been inspired in this job. But, as you say, in His own time.

Oh my there's so much to be thankful for.. but I guess lately, I'm very thankful for my husband's promotion, He is now a depot manager of a well-known home store in my country. This is one of the moments that we waited for a long time and it happened. I was very thankful because I never thought my husband would reach this level of responsibility. I know he is smart and a very responsible husband, but this is big. SO that is what I'm very thankful for recently.. and yeah the box of chocolate that he gave me yesterday, that too.!

Yes, that is so true. The global economy is hitting rock bottom, and a lot of people are losing their jobs. The fact that we have a job, and that we are healthy enough to do such job is enough to be thankful. Have a nice day!

Recently i received my promotion, thats it. Other than that, im very thankful coz my love life is going smooth and strong. And i was able to help my family financially. Although, i have problems also but those are bearable still.. Thanks God for this wonderful life

Great! That is really something to be thankful for. And, yes, there will always be problems that will be thrown our way. But, as long as we are thankful for the blessings that we receive, no matter how small, we will realize that, indeed, this is a wonderful life.
