How is cheese sticks made?

Really easy! I tasted the chili cheese sticks in one of the popular restaurants here in the country and I try to do that recipe everytime we have an occassion at home. First, you've got to have big chilis (green ones, I think it's the one that we use in 'sinigang' but bell peppers can also be accepted), cheese of course, and lumpia wrapper. Cut the chilis in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Put a stick of cheese side by side with a piece of chili and then wrap with the lumpia wrapper. Deep fry it and dip in mayo for added taste... you wrap cheese in a fry-able wrapper like the ones they use in siomai. its simple as that.
