3 injuries in 3 weeks?

Survival of the fittest as they say. I felt really bad for Alex he gave up so much to be there and he is such an amazing dancer and had a very good chance of winning. I missed the week Ashley got hurt so I don't know what happened there. We were on vacation that week. I hope the injury will not affect her future carreer. This show puts a lot on a dancers body, they are forced to learn routines really fast and they probably have to practice a lot in short time frames to get the dances right it is no wonder people get hurt the human body can take only so much.

It seems to be the hazards of the show. They practice almost all of their waking hours and the show has pressured contestants to do crazier and crazier stunts. It's inevitable that someone will get hurt. But I think the dancers should know how to pace themselves in order not to get injured.
