Someday I will be an auto Mechanic

Here in the philippines being an auto mechanic is usually looked down as a job for the uneducated it's funny how we filipinos think we should respect our mechanics more you see... we depend a lot on our cars and you're saying the person who's working on your car is uneducated? tsk tsk tsk again we should respect them more fixing a car is no simple matter and even a simple busted light will make you crawl into your car to find a single connection or maybe fuse that may have been damaged or simply just came loose my uncle was a good car mechanic and i spent countless hours just watching him work and sometimes I'd help him. This must be the reason why I love tinkering with my car and fix the little things. The big and complicated stuff i leave to the experts. I would like to learn metal working though so maybe i will start with my beetle just as soon as i have enough money to pay for my mistakes if i commit them. i want to be an auto mechanic, metal worker, welder, electrician and customizer woo hoo career path in the near future
