Tips wanted for my own internet site

Hello everyone I have recently started designing my very own website, and i don't want to give away details all too much yet, but at the moment, i am putting on some flash games, and some referal banners for one or two sites that i am on. I also have added some videos that i find funny. I am hoping that you guys can give me some ideas as to what you would like on a site. I am probably at some point going to write reviews for different earning sites liek mylot, hopefully with enough traffic, may get one or two referals out of it, and i am also thinking of adding a shop, depending on wheather or not they give me commision. So, what do you like in a website? AND Does anyone know and schemes for webmasters, similar to PTC where they pay you per click that someone does on my website to go to their site? They need to pay via cheque or paypal. If someone has any suggestions for these two things, please post them below
