Would you like meatless or reduced meat diet ?

Meat Free Diet or vegetarian diet can be yummier, healthier, cheaper and also easier to prepare compared than meaty diet. I personally have been consuming diet free of chicken, pork, beef, mutton etc for more than a decade now and it certainly had helped me tremendously in my health status.
And in the course of my service in the medical field, I have encountered many exceptionally healthy individuals who are enjoying optimal health by consuming meatless diet, exercise and contributing their service mostly spiritual assistance to the community. One of them had lived to 110 years of age. Fantastic!! Isn't it?
It will be really good to reduce your meat comsumption and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. It may need lots of diciplin and effort to resist the temptation of meat.In your opinion, would you like to consume meatless or just reduced meat diet?

Yes, I like to have meatless diet as well. It's not only good deed, but it could help battling against the global warming indirectly as well. Unfortunately most of my friends feel uneasy without eating the meat.
Actually all this while I believe that human should switch vegetarian diet. It's healthier and still able to provide all the nutrients that we need. The advance of technology had helped us a lot in agricultural and we human actually no longer need to rely on meat-dependent diet to survive.

Thank so much for your participation. This may not a favourite subject as most people loves to eat meat. Hence, this is actually bad news for animals and people who loves animals like you and me. It takes a lot of disciplin and effort and is almost impossible for many people to be able to resist the temptation of eating meat.
Yes, modern technology had helped tremendously in agriculture and produce lots of high quality, healthy and increase the quantity of vegetables, fruits and plants, But inspite of this, many people still prefer to eat meat than vegetarian diet.
Actually, vegetarian diet is not only healthier, cleaner, economical, tastier and easier to digest, meat eaters do possess a certain body odour due to eating meat especially pork, beef or mutton etc. The smell is not pleasant at all especially immediately after meals or sweating. Do you ever notice this smell?
Vegetarian diet sold at the commercial outlets are often very oily compared to uncooked and home cooked food. Don't you agree?

That's a bad news for all the poor animals. You are right that many people can't resist the temptation of dishes cook with meat. It really need a great determination to switch to a healthier vegetarian diet.
Only people pursuing vegetables and free from meat in long term, can smell such odour from the carnivorous people around them. I did notice such smell after some time having pure vegetarian die after some time.
Home cook dish is always the best. The commercialized vegetarian dish is still not so healthy, because it's meant to attractive non-vegetarian people to take them.

For most yogis or people who are involved with spiritual meditation, the switch to vegetarian diet is automatic. The food cooked in one of the meditation centers which I had encountered, is prepared and cooked with mindfulness, prayers and good thoughts. The food was then offered to GOD before consuming it. Oh! That food was pleasant and delicious to eat.
The advantages of vegetarian food is numerous but only a handful of people are able to eat such diet. It is also an ideal diet for people who wish to lost body weight. The fibers of vegetables and fruits makes us feel full thus decreasing our appetite for more food and also prevents constipation.
Maybe you are right to say the long term vegetarian can detect the body odour of meat eaters easily. But animals and some insects will tend to attack us more if they sensed that smell. Maybe this is also why animals especially dogs tend to be friendlier to non meat eaters.
The main ingredients that can make any dishes unhealthy is oil. Although fried food is yummy but unhealthy. Do you prefer fried food too?
