I was really lazy at floss my teeth before, not until recently, my dentist stress out the importance of floss teeth in regular routine. I did it whenever I feel like it, or I felt something stuck in my teeth. That is why I have so many cavities, and I have to pay significant amount of money to get the fillings done. Now, I learn my lesson, and I floss my teeth at least 3 times a day. I bought at least 3 packs of those floss line ready for use. So, do you floss your teeth often?

I was scolded by my dentist once, and she stress out the importance of it. I can't deny that I was lazy, and my girlfriend absolutely wants to take good care of teeth too. Because that is really gross.

I do not use a floss for my teeth. Friends of mine are really amaze since I do not even use a tooth pick. I hardly find anything that get stuck on my teeth and brushing is good enough for me. I usually brush 3 times a day. I also do not suffer any tooth ache. I think the last time, I had problems with my teeth was during my high school days.

I floss everyday. You sould really start flossing everyday. They say you SHOULD floss after every meal but that's alot for me, unless I eat ribs or steak or something like that. But you should always floss everyday so you won't have peices of food in you teeth rotting and making your breath stink. So happy flossing. :)
