do you chew on your straws?

I know that a lot of people chew on their straws, I was just wondering for those that do it why.

I don't, but I have several friends who do. I never got why they do it though, and I honestly never asked!

I do! i like to chew on my straw. he he i mean after drinking with it, when the drinks are all sipped in... i shall be chewing on it already... while talking to whom i am with while dining.

well i dont, but for persons who does it i think its a habit. i have seen one nba player who always does it in a game but it has been banned because of choking issues.
