Appeal In Cloud Crowd

I have been banned in Cloud Crowd. I have not understood the rules so it was mainly my falut. Now I am using my boyfriend's Facebook account to do tasks in Cloud Crowd, the problem is that one of my task got a poor grade thus decreasing my credibility which lead my account on probation. I know I can appeal this issue but I do not know how to do it. Please help me on this.
