Chritmas Tree and Christmas Lanterns

When I go home lastnight,as the car moving I look at the side of the street I am passing by.I suddenly notice Christmas tree and some lanterns that has been already lighted.Then I realized that it's been 4 months more before Christmas time.
Do you have already plans for the coming christmas?Can you share it here?Thanks!
