Actionptc is having paypal problems

Are you worried this site may disappear? They have posted this on their website that they have been getting paypal errors when paying out their members & are keeping us all updated. I am only new there & haven't earned much but I'm still worried this site may disappear as alot of other sites did not long after they had paypal problems.
