Facebook Lite is Gone

It's been awhile since the last time i use facebook lite. But a few days ago, when i try to access it, the site direct me to the normal facebook. After i searching around, i found out that facebook has remove the lite version. I think it is ok since most people rarely use it since if people want fast access they can use m.facebook from their computer. What about you? How do you thing about facebook removing it lite version.

I have never heard of facebook Lite! 
I am not sure what it is or how you can access it. Can you tell me what it's features were compared to the normal Facebook?
I have been using Facebook for the last few years, but have not come across this version yet.

Well to access facebook lite, you need to access it from lite.facebook.com, but since it is closed now, you cannot access it any more. I don't really know what it's features expect it is more lighter and use more little bandwith. Since you never see this version of facebook, i think u don't have any chance to watch it since it is closed already.

I am not an expert of Facebook so I have no clue what the ‘lite’ version is. I don’t log in very often but when I do the page looks the same as always to me! In fact I just took a look now and it doesn’t look any different!

Well facebook lite is almost the same with facebook reguler, and you could only access it from lite.facebook.com. It kinda similiar with the mobile version of facebook, m.facebook.com. So if you always access it from facebook.com, you will never found them. But now it's too late since facebook lite has been closed down since it rarely bring visitor.

hi...this is the first time i've heard such a term...facebook lite... i'm an avid facebook user but haven't tried the lite version...what was that like? how does it differ to the usual facebook that we logged on to in the computer???

I use facebook lites only a few times, and that is only for purpose test. It function is almost the same with the reguler facebook, but it more lighter. I don't really remember them, since it's been a while since the last time i use it. But it sure load faster, and the image is still better than m.facebook. But i don't really like it since the reguler facebook is way better, and if i want to save bandwith, i prefer use m.facebook.
