how to copy and upload video clips

hi mylot friends,
i am working with "flixya" site since two month,i am doing copy the photos from clckr site and some movie sites copy them and pasting on my desk top and uploading them in flixya site,and i have posted some blogs also,but i could not find any earning in the site till now,how can i earn money in "Flixya" site,now i wish to upload video clips of Telugu film songs and scenes in "flixya" site,but i does not know how to copy the video clips to my desk top and how to upload the same in to "flixya" site,can any mylot friends help me in this regard,happy mylotting

What is flixya site? From where do you copy the photoes? I always find it difficult to get free download of photoes to upload for my mylot posts.

From where are you getting those photoes? Is it free download? Will there not be copy right problem to download the pictures? Does the flexia site pay for such upload?
